the health beat

this week i am feeling so crummy. i have a nasty head cold. & i am so frustrated that i can't be productive...because i get tired quickly.

i did manage to go through my old raygun magazines. remember raygun? well you should. it was like the coolest magazine around in the 90's (they did a lot of crazy stuff with typography & layout) plus the fashion spreads were sometimes real nitty gritty. i thought this photo above summed up how i am feeling

i really wish i had a bowl of this soup (which i can't remember if it's the udon?) from urban belly . it would probably open my sinuses real good. (if you go to their website check out their "space"...it's such a beautifully designed restaurant)
